The fact that for most of her peak performing years, Jennifer did not have a recording contract shows the far below par status of "popular music". She had/ has a superb voice and I have always regarded it as a tragedy that she had so few studio albums. Whilst at the same time , bands and solo artists, with no talent, who were had strong recording contracts were promoted by record labels and their offerings were only fit for the trash bin.It seems that such wonderful talent, that she and many others have/had, just slip under the radar of record company attraction.Such a pure, sweet, clear angelic voice. She has been on my permanent record, cd etc collection for the better part of 45 years.Just love her, and her music is timeless.
