No, there are no signs of "ethnic nationalism" or similar in Glittertinds lyrics, the only nationalism which can be found is cultural nationalism
There is one song on "Nar Dovre faller" that salutes the Norwegian resistance movement of the 2nd world war (the booklet even mentions "60 years of independence from the nazi ockupation")
