I feel like the seemingly repetitive lyrics of this song are intentional.  Saw a review criticizing"I’ll see ya on the weekendI’ll see her on the weekendI’ll see her at the end of the week"In the context of the song, I think it makes sense that this song has very simple lyrics in comparison to other songs on the album.
